A hard shot 8 in the game by Enéas Urbano from a close distance when the talented Ronaldo Sabóia managed to make a qualified save. Florestal Futebol Clube's players were relieved. Ronaldo Sabóia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romário da Rocha in the 11th minute of the match. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Florestal Futebol Clube reached it. After 15 minutes, Frederico Recife mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Juventus EC and the Florestal Futebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 15th match minute, Juventus EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frederico Recife to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute of the match Ronaldo Leal shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mateus de Senna showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mateus de Senna came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Florestal Futebol Clube's Válbson Souto. But to his dismay, Válbson Souto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ronaldo Sabóia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frederico Recife in the 29th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Juventus EC's Ronaldo Sabóia threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Romário da Rocha, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Florestal Futebol Clube's Ronaldo Sabóia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romário da Rocha in the 34th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romário da Rocha during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 39th match minute, Juventus EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romário da Rocha to maneuver through the defense. In the 40th minute of the match Manoel da Silveira shot from a long distance. Mateus de Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manoel da Silveira in the 48th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frederico Recife to strike the kick off in the second half. Ernani Paraense kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd minute of the match Manoel da Silveira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mateus de Senna skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Juventus EC's Natanael Valadares got a free kick in the 61st minute. Florestal Futebol Clube's Egídio Ferreira shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 62nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mateus de Senna but with some difficulty. Juventus EC's Mateus de Senna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Juventus EC from getting a goal against them. An unexpected shot in the 71st minute by Rafinha Leão got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ronaldo Sabóia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enéas Urbano in the 75th minute of play. After 82 played minutes Florestal Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Natã de Moraes.
