With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edvaldo de Sousa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 38 minutes into the match, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Monteiro came free, but Edvaldo de Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th match minute, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tales Prestes to maneuver through the defense. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christian Monteiro made a kick off. Severino Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Soares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the game, Danilo Faria was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Red John S.K the free kick. In the 64th minute, Luís Paulo Zonta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Red John S.K fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. If Reginaldo Donatello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luís Paulo Zonta struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Edvaldo de Sousa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red John S.K. In the 74th minute of the match, Christian Monteiro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Edvaldo de Sousa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Edvaldo de Sousa made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Reginaldo Donatello sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Danilo Faria managed to get in a good position for a shot. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's supporters rose to their feet, but Danilo Faria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severino Aguiar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Edvaldo de Sousa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA from getting a goal against them. 85 minutes into the match, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Monteiro came free, but Edvaldo de Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
