Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mazinho Damião kicked off to start the match. Virgílio Lima came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Bucéfalo FC's Mazinho Damião. But to his dismay, Mazinho Damião quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Bucéfalo FC's Luiz Gustavo Fonseca got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 8 minutes into the match, Mazinho Damião had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Virgílio Lima. Ique Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mazinho Damião was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Virgílio Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nico Godoi in the 11th minute of play. Virgílio Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mazinho Damião, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 minutes, Flavinho Braga made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Ique Football Club's Virgílio Lima tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 20th minute, Ulisses Montenegro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Virgílio Lima was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 24th match minute, Bucéfalo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mazinho Damião to maneuver through the defense. Bruninho Ortiz kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Luiz Gustavo Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Virgílio Lima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Flavinho Braga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dadá Britto hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the match, Nico Godoi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Virgílio Lima. Ique Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nico Godoi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Ique Football Club's Virgílio Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavinho Braga in the 46th minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Dadá Britto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Virgílio Lima was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christiano Matos to make the kick off. Virgílio Lima came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Bucéfalo FC's Nico Godoi. But to his dismay, Nico Godoi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Ique Football Club's Virgílio Lima proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Ique Football Club from getting a goal against them. In the 66th minute, Mazinho Damião reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Virgílio Lima. The goal made the score 0-9. Flavinho Braga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Virgílio Lima made a huge save. Bucéfalo FC made a substitution. Franklin Barbosa replaced Iuri Mattos. Bucéfalo FC's Chicão Sena was substituted for Nico Godoi. With a little luck, Ique Football Club's Virgílio Lima got control of the ball when Mazinho Damião tried to sneak it across the goal line. Armandinho de Barros charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Armandinho de Barros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 86th minute, Armandinho de Barros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nilmar Barral was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 87 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute, Ulisses Montenegro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Virgílio Lima. The goal made the score 0-11. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulisses Montenegro got free with Virgílio Lima in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Ique Football Club getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Joélson Palmeira hit a great ball. Flavinho Braga was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 94th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Chicão Sena struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Virgílio Lima didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bucéfalo FC. The Ique Football Club fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bucéfalo FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
