Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Henrique Trigo got the match started through his kick off. Luiz Eduardo Novaes made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Henrique Trigo sent off a good shot on target. After 7 played minutes Se7e got a freekick which was hit by José Pedro Ribeiro. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henrique Trigo got free with Luiz Eduardo Novaes in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Romário Souto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reynaldo Siqueira kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. João Magalhães scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of João Paulo Urbano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Betão de Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Romário Souto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Se7e fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After a rather tough play, Se7e's Arlindo Loureiro got a free kick in the 30th minute. A collision led to Se7e getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Fernandinho Bezerra hit a great ball. The supporters of Se7e booed when S.C. Reis United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Guimarães didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd minute, Lino Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. João Paulo Urbano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romário Souto in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Se7e were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Romário Souto to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romário Souto in the 52nd minute of play forced S.C. Reis United's goalkeeper João Paulo Urbano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Magalhães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. João Paulo Urbano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luiz Eduardo Novaes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafa Mello in the 61st minute of play.
