Betão Paulista was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 7 minutes into the match, FC Barrera 2.0's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Pedro Dionísio came free, but Betão Paulista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 10 minutes of play, FC Barrera 2.0's Valério dos Santos made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dagoberto de Queirós was left in no man's land by his defense there! Betão Paulista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Lago, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 18th match minute, FC Barrera 2.0 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adalberto Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Castanheiro SC booed when FC Barrera 2.0 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gildo Novaes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th match minute, FC Barrera 2.0 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquim Matos to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Castanheiro SC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Guilherme Macedo hit a great ball. Dagoberto de Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adalberto Pinheiro in the 35th minute of the match. Dagoberto de Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adalberto Pinheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. When Pedro Luís Luz came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the FC Barrera 2.0 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Luís Luz couldn't finish the play. Betão Paulista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Pedro Dionísio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Barrera 2.0's Betão Paulista proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save FC Barrera 2.0 from getting a goal against them. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zé Pedro Dionísio to make the kick off. A hard shot 50 in the game by Valério dos Santos from a close distance when the talented Dagoberto de Queirós managed to make a qualified save. Castanheiro SC's players were relieved. Betão Paulista came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Castanheiro SC's Guilherme Macedo. But to his dismay, Guilherme Macedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Valério Maia charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valério Maia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Castanheiro SC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Valério Maia hit a great ball. After 63 played minutes FC Barrera 2.0 got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Matos. FC Barrera 2.0's Valério dos Santos got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nuno Cordeiro scored 2-2 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dagoberto de Queirós, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of FC Barrera 2.0 booed when Castanheiro SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valério Maia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Castanheiro SC's Dagoberto de Queirós proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Castanheiro SC from getting a goal against them. Adalberto Pinheiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Dagoberto de Queirós made a huge save. 90 minutes into the match, Zé Pedro Dionísio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Betão Paulista. FC Barrera 2.0's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zé Pedro Dionísio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Zé Pedro Dionísio's late challenge caught a FC Barrera 2.0's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zé Pedro Dionísio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 93rd match minute, Castanheiro SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Pedro Dionísio to maneuver through the defense. FC Barrera 2.0's Joaquim Matos shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 94th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dagoberto de Queirós but with some difficulty. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Castanheiro SC had won after a very even match.
