Spectators: 206 (Terracing: 155, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edmundo Prata took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Imbituba - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Jeremias Vale had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sandro Santana. A sloppy throw-in by Betão Rosa in the 6th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Queluzito's Roger Vargas. The supporters of Queluzito booed when Imbituba - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino Souto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute, Raimundo Monteiro made a precise shot to the right of Jeremias Vale. Imbituba - FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Queluzito's Hílton Mineiro got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Hílton Mineiro charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hílton Mineiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 24th match minute, Queluzito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hílton Mineiro to maneuver through the defense. Donato Valle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Fábio Hermes, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 32nd minute Luiz Fábio Hermes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Valle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Paulo Corrêa hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After 40 minutes, Felippe Fonseca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Queluzito and the Imbituba - FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 40 played minutes Queluzito got a freekick which was hit by Felippe Fonseca. Luiz Fábio Hermes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Raimundo Monteiro was the one to do the kick off. Edmundo Prata kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Jeremias Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Monteiro in the 64th minute of the match. Jeremias Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Paulo Corrêa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 81 played minutes Imbituba - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Prestes. Queluzito's Raimundo Monteiro got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Imbituba - FSCMZ's Jeremias Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Monteiro in the 87th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Queluzito players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
