Spectators: 206 (Terracing: 155, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wilson Meireles started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Telmo Barbosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olavo Diniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Telmo Barbosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nova Iguaçu MZFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Telmo Barbosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olavo Diniz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 8th minute Telmo Barbosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olavo Diniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. César Alagoano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roger Leme was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 16 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmo Rocha in the 20th minute of play forced Jundiaí -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Olavo Diniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 24 minutes, Vivaldo Monteiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jundiaí -DMZ-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Vivaldo Monteiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th minute Telmo Barbosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olavo Diniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olavo Diniz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from César Alagoano in the 29th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Jundiaí -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when César Alagoano came free, but Olavo Diniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilson Meireles in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Giuseppe Lara saved Nova Iguaçu MZFC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilson Meireles in the 39th minute of play forced Nova Iguaçu MZFC's goalkeeper Giuseppe Lara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Jundiaí -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Dalmo Rocha came free, but Olavo Diniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Franklin Gaspar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giuseppe Lara having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dalmo Rocha to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th match minute, Jundiaí -DMZ- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilson Meireles to maneuver through the defense. Wilson Meireles charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilson Meireles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 58th minute, Wilson Meireles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute of the match Túlio Vale sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Olavo Diniz skillfully saved the ball. After 65 played minutes Nova Iguaçu MZFC got a freekick which was hit by César Alagoano. Nova Iguaçu MZFC's Guilherme Mandrak was substituted for Zé Carlos Cordeiro. Nova Iguaçu MZFC made a substitution. Carlos Augusto Alcântara replaced Murilo Urbano. 77 minutes into the match, Nova Iguaçu MZFC's goal looked a bit too open when Wilson Meireles came free, but Giuseppe Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olavo Diniz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmo Rocha in the 81st minute of play. Olavo Diniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from César Alagoano, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 82nd minute, Marcelinho de Alcântara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dalmo Rocha scored 0-2 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olavo Diniz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Jundiaí -DMZ- defense, Dalmo Rocha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olavo Diniz. The Jundiaí -DMZ- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olavo Diniz should have stopped the shot. 94 minutes into the game, Vinícius Toscano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jundiaí -DMZ-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nova Iguaçu MZFC the free kick. After 94 played minutes Jundiaí -DMZ- got a freekick which was hit by Vinícius Toscano. The supporters of Nova Iguaçu MZFC booed when Jundiaí -DMZ- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dadá Neto didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Nova Iguaçu MZFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
