Giorgi Mamardashvili showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Eduardo Arce in the 3rd minute of the match. But to his dismay, Abcdefghijklmno Abcdefghijklmnopqrst quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Samuca Bezerra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dedé Moura in the 17th minute. After some careless play in the JFSP defense, Pedrinho do Valle kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Giorgi Mamardashvili. The JFSP fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Giorgi Mamardashvili should have stopped the shot. Luís Eduardo Arce's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Giorgi Mamardashvili read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. In the 34th minute Tiaguinho Faria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giorgi Mamardashvili saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 41 minutes, Tiaguinho Faria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiaguinho Faria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
