Tacheros OFF's Rigoberto Eyague played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Quilino in the 14th minute of play. When Patricio Rey Futbol Club's Casimiro Gabon in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a little luck, Patricio Rey Futbol Club's Aaron Fe got control of the ball when Ambrosio Fidensio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rigoberto Eyague made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Gabon in the 31st minute of play. Nemesio Lohitzun kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Patricio Rey Futbol Club's Braulio Locaio got a free kick in the 40th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Orlando Joey stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Casimiro Gabon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Patricio Rey Futbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casimiro Gabon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ambrosio Fidensio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 1-3 became the score in the 65th minute when Casimiro Gabon elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Basilio Bihar kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Patricio Rey Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Ambrosio Fidensio came free, but Aaron Fe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Tacheros OFF's goalkeeper Rigoberto Eyague had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Quilino. Patricio Rey Futbol Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 85 played minutes, Tacheros OFF's Luisito Jurdan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aaron Fe came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. After 87 minutes, Benjamin Mancio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Patricio Rey Futbol Club and the Tacheros OFF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Tacheros OFF booed when Patricio Rey Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Mancio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Tacheros OFF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Patricio Rey Futbol Club were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
