Ovidio Orland scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Segundo Hartz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Maximiliano-Exequiel Haagentoft showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Amor in the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Benjamin Vedillo made a precise shot to the right of Maximiliano-Exequiel Haagentoft. AC Batán's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 30th minute, one of Quitilipi:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Quitilipi. Quitilipi:s Segundo Hartz showed great skill when he stopped Benedicto Claude:s penalty. The supporters of AC Batán booed when Quitilipi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonides Cai didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th match minute, Quitilipi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Amor to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the game, Cristian Amor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quitilipi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AC Batán the free kick. Benjamin Vedillo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Maximiliano-Exequiel Haagentoft firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 45th minute, Cristian Amor reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Maximiliano-Exequiel Haagentoft. The goal made the score 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benedicto Claude stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Quitilipi getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Aristides Bernabel hit a great ball. Leonides Cai kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Benjamin Vedillo scored 3-1 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maximiliano-Exequiel Haagentoft, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Maximiliano-Exequiel Haagentoft showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Amor, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Francisco Artal charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Francisco Artal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some careless play in the AC Batán defense, Cristian Amor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximiliano-Exequiel Haagentoft. The AC Batán fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximiliano-Exequiel Haagentoft should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Quitilipi's Paulo Beltza got a free kick in the 71st minute. Segundo Hartz stood somewhat misplaced when Ovidio Orland came free in front of goal and shot 4-2 to the left of him in the 77 minute. In the 81st minute, Benjamin Vedillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximiliano-Exequiel Haagentoft was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. When Benedicto Claude came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the AC Batán fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benedicto Claude couldn't finish the play. Benedicto Claude in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Segundo Hartz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Quitilipi getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Benjamin Vedillo hit a great ball. After 91 played minutes AC Batán got a freekick which was hit by Matias Quiroga. After 92 played minutes, Quitilipi's Esteban Ioritz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Maximiliano-Exequiel Haagentoft came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Quitilipi reached it. After 96 played minutes AC Batán got a freekick which was hit by Matias Quiroga. In the 96th minute of the match Esteban Ioritz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maximiliano-Exequiel Haagentoft skillfully saved the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the AC Batán players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Quitilipi.
