The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Geronimo Jokin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerardo Rufo in the 3rd minute. With a little luck, Vele FC's Geronimo Jokin got control of the ball when Jonas Argider tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 30th minute, Jonas Argider left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Locura Académica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Geronimo Jokin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Rufo, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Godfredo Sotero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Martxelin in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Vele FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gerardo Rufo came free, but Geronimo Jokin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geronimo Jokin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Argider in the 40th minute of the match. Santiago Guillelmo kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Locura Académica's zone, Rafael Martxelin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Godfredo Sotero came out of the goal and Rafael Martxelin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Gerardo Rufo took a quick shot and it went in 6-0 without a chance for Geronimo Jokin to make any attempt to save it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafael Martxelin made a kick off. Gerardo Rufo scored 7-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Geronimo Jokin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Godfredo Sotero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abelardo Leguizamón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geronimo Jokin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gerardo Rufo went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Vele FC's Geronimo Jokin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Natal in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Gerardo Rufo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Locura Académica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Rafael Martxelin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vele FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafael Martxelin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Godfredo Sotero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Locura Académica's Edelmiro Stephen got a free kick in the 79th minute. Benicio Bitxintxos short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Godfredo Sotero to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Locura Académica's Jonas Argider in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Locura Académica fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when Locura Académica's Gerardo Rufo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 11-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Locura Académica walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
