Leonel Enol blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Epifanio Licerio having to make a save. Nemesio Bermudez kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Manchester Quijano defense, Vladimiro Jesco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benedicto Jayvier. The Manchester Quijano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benedicto Jayvier should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Manchester Quijano booed when Simoneta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorato Galo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lorenzo Caton took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Epifanio Licerio. Simoneta FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Nemesio Bermudez's late challenge caught a Simoneta FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nemesio Bermudez helped the player get up and apologised. Nemesio Bermudez kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Tobias Che dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benedicto Jayvier, 2-0. In the 35th match minute, Simoneta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorato Galo to maneuver through the defense. Anselmo Veronica took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Epifanio Licerio. Epifanio Licerio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Ildefonso Tello's late challenge caught a Simoneta FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ildefonso Tello helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th match minute, Manchester Quijano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ildefonso Tello to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Vladimiro Jesco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Simoneta FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vladimiro Jesco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benedicto Jayvier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erasmo Gabon was the one to do the kick off. Leonel Enol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Epifanio Licerio made a huge save.
