In the 3rd minute, Pascual Roldan made a precise shot to the right of Braulio Sesuldo. C. A. BELGRANO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The audience was convinced that Pascual Roldan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Braulio Sesuldo was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amador Mateus in the 11th minute of play forced 25 de Abril Futbol Club's goalkeeper Maximo Mitxel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Braulio Sesuldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celedonio Fidensio in the 12th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Celedonio Fidensio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Braulio Sesuldo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 18 minutes, Baldomiro Rosio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C. A. BELGRANO and the 25 de Abril Futbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th match minute, C. A. BELGRANO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomiro Rosio to maneuver through the defense. Pascual Roldan might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Braulio Sesuldo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pascual Roldan ran back to his position shaking his head. 25 de Abril Futbol Club's Florentino Nel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Braulio Sesuldo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Braulio Sesuldo came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by 25 de Abril Futbol Club's Pascual Roldan. But to his dismay, Pascual Roldan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Enzo Jerrald's late challenge caught a C. A. BELGRANO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enzo Jerrald helped the player get up and apologised. Enzo Jerrald hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Nabar in the 33rd minute of play forced 25 de Abril Futbol Club's goalkeeper Maximo Mitxel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute Lucas Rudolfo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximo Mitxel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vicente Sanson's late challenge caught a C. A. BELGRANO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vicente Sanson helped the player get up and apologised. Vicente Sanson kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. When Lucas Rudolfo came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the C. A. BELGRANO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucas Rudolfo couldn't finish the play. Braulio Sesuldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celedonio Fidensio in the 47th minute of play. After the first half 25 de Abril Futbol Club were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Celedonio Fidensio was the one to do the kick off. Celedonio Fidensio struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Braulio Sesuldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 25 de Abril Futbol Club. A throw-in in the 54th minute of the game was made by Baldomiro Rosio with Sixto Lluis as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The supporters of C. A. BELGRANO booed when 25 de Abril Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Panpili didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Astor Nabar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 70th play minutes Pascual Roldan shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Braulio Sesuldo and just under the crossbar into goal. After having played for 72 minutes, Celedonio Fidensio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 25 de Abril Futbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celedonio Fidensio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 74 minutes into the match, C. A. BELGRANO's goalkeeper Braulio Sesuldo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pascual Roldan. Braulio Sesuldo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pascual Roldan in the 80th minute. C. A. BELGRANO's Braulio Sesuldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celedonio Fidensio in the 84th minute of play. Celedonio Fidensio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Braulio Sesuldo came out and tried to block the shot, but Celedonio Fidensio slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 85th minute. 25 de Abril Futbol Club's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
