The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Club Dep. Union Madereros booed when 25 de Abril Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enzo Jerrald didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maximo Mitxel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrado Osorio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Conrado Osorio struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Maximo Mitxel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Dep. Union Madereros. Club Dep. Union Madereros's Silvio Gaztea managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Robustiano Fresco in the 7 minute of the game. Maximo Mitxel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Osorio, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. If Maximino Endura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 de Abril Futbol Club's Maximo Mitxel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Osorio in the 21st minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Club Dep. Union Madereros's goalkeeper Efrain Abar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pascual Roldan. After 33 minutes, Pascual Roldan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 25 de Abril Futbol Club and the Club Dep. Union Madereros players grew even worse after the yellow card. Silvio Gaztea kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Roman Florinio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adrian Selatse struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Maximo Mitxel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Dep. Vicente Sanson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Conrado Osorio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Dep. Union Madereros's supporters rose to their feet, but Conrado Osorio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximo Mitxel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Conrado Osorio was the one to do the kick off. When Conrado Osorio came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Club Dep. Union Madereros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conrado Osorio couldn't finish the play. Gustavo Ihintza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 25 de Abril Futbol Club's Enzo Jerrald got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Club Dep. Union Madereros's Efrain Abar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascual Roldan in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th match minute, Club Dep. Union Madereros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximino Endura to maneuver through the defense. Efrain Abar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celedonio Fidensio in the 66th minute of the match. Maximo Mitxel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Osorio, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 70th minute, Enzo Jerrald hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Efrain Abar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celedonio Fidensio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute Celedonio Fidensio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Efrain Abar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute, Maximino Endura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute, Celedonio Fidensio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 25 de Abril Futbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Club Dep. Union Madereros's attentive Silvio Gaztea managed to snatch the ball when Robustiano Fresco made a throw-in in the 80th minute of the game. Robustiano Fresco hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Pascual Roldan took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Efrain Abar. Efrain Abar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 88 minutes into the match, Enzo Jerrald notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Club Dep. Union Madereros's Efrain Abar. Efrain Abar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Celedonio Fidensio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th minute Pascual Roldan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Efrain Abar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Dep. Union Madereros's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because 25 de Abril Futbol Club had won, even though Club Dep. Union Madereros had held more of the ball.
