Pretorianos FC's Pedro Estevon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natalio Peyo in the 11th minute of play. Godofredo Manny's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Estevon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. A collision led to Grosso United getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Carolo Urbasa hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romulo Calixto got free with Saturnino Romo in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Saturnino Romo made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Romulo Calixto sent off a good shot on target. Pedro Estevon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carolo Urbasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute Carolo Urbasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Estevon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Romulo Calixto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Natalio Peyos short, quick shot in the 82ndth minute got Pedro Estevon to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 85th minute, Clemente Min left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pretorianos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Carolo Urbasa hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
