When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Mariano Millan took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Ulises Sidro to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Club A. Chipa y Tereré's Nemesio Rios got a free kick in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hipolito Beliran was the one to do the kick off. Pablo Vachon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Lucio Hernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Nina fc's goal looked a bit too open when Hipolito Beliran came free, but Lucio Hernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucio Hernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albino Godoy in the 94th minute of the match. Club A. Chipa y Tereré's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
