Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 111, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Anastasio Avellaneda started the match with the kick off. Mauro Napier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anastasio Avellaneda in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 5th minute, Lorenzo Pepillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A sloppy throw-in by Nunez Sazon in the 9th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Club Atlético Ranchos's Segundo Martinez. In the 16th minute Nunez Sazon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Modesto Guipuzkoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Copérnico F.C. booed when Club Atlético Ranchos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Segundo Martinez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Modesto Guipuzkoa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Cisco in the 23rd minute of play. Anastasio Avellaneda made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 27thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Mauro Napier would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. After having played for 34 minutes, Florentino Obeko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Ranchos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florentino Obeko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Modesto Guipuzkoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Florin in the 37th minute of the match. Florentino Obeko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Mauro Napier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Club Atlético Ranchos's Modesto Guipuzkoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anacleto Cisco in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rd minute Amadeo Florin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Modesto Guipuzkoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the game, Anacleto Cisco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Copérnico F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlético Ranchos the free kick. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anacleto Cisco to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Copérnico F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Florin. Florentino Obeko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Napier having to interfere. Club Atlético Ranchos's Modesto Guipuzkoa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Ranchos from getting a goal against them. Modesto Guipuzkoa was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Anacleto Cisco capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Anacleto Cisco really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. With a little luck, Club Atlético Ranchos's Modesto Guipuzkoa got control of the ball when Anacleto Cisco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Delmar Cordaryal kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florentino Obeko in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mauro Napier saved Copérnico F.C. from getting behind. 66 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Ranchos's goalkeeper Modesto Guipuzkoa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anacleto Cisco. Modesto Guipuzkoa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nunez Sazon in the 68th minute. Club Atlético Ranchos's Modesto Guipuzkoa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Ranchos from getting a goal against them. If Florentino Obeko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Ranchos's goal looked a bit too open when Anacleto Cisco came free, but Modesto Guipuzkoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Damian Ceandro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Ranchos's goalkeeper Modesto Guipuzkoa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anacleto Cisco. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anastasio Avellaneda in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mauro Napier saved Copérnico F.C. from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anacleto Cisco in the 91st minute of play forced Club Atlético Ranchos's goalkeeper Modesto Guipuzkoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Copérnico F.C. getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Edgardo Urbasa hit a great ball. Mauro Napier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentino Obeko in the 96th minute of the match. When the match was over Copérnico F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Club Atlético Ranchos throughout the match.
