Maravilla's Gerónimo Rulli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Mikeldi in the 11th minute of play. With a little luck, Maravilla's Gerónimo Rulli got control of the ball when Jorge Arnas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cornelio Arlo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristo Domenec read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Delmar Maties kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Maravilla's Saul Unax got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 36th match minute, Maravilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornelio Arlo to maneuver through the defense. Delmar Maties charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Delmar Maties the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Simon Seber during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Arnas in the 67th minute of play forced Maravilla's goalkeeper Gerónimo Rulli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerónimo Rulli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmar Maties, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saul Unax's late challenge caught a Guns And Roses's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saul Unax helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Maravilla's Saul Unax got a free kick in the 83rd minute. David Mikeldi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gerónimo Rulli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Gerónimo Rulli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Iigo in the 97th minute of the match. Guns And Roses were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
