Valentin Montae made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Jorge Arnas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valentin Montae read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Iker Enekoitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicolas Eder's late challenge caught a Pegaso FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicolas Eder helped the player get up and apologised. After 25 minutes, Alvaro Iigo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guns And Roses and the Pegaso FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th match minute, Guns And Roses was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Iigo to maneuver through the defense. Pegaso FC's Albano Iraunkor got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Valentin Montae stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Delmar Maties's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. In the 37th match minute, Pegaso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Ishmael to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Pegaso FC defense, Astor Garaona kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valentin Montae. The Pegaso FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valentin Montae should have stopped the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iker Enekoitz to make the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Honorato Timo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pegaso FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Honorato Timo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Pegaso FC's Teo Ishmael got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 60th minute, Alvaro Iigo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valentin Montae was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. With a little luck, Guns And Roses's Cristo Domenec got control of the ball when Iker Enekoitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristo Domenec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorato Timo, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guns And Roses's goalkeeper Cristo Domenec, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 82 played minutes Guns And Roses got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Iigo. Cristo Domenec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albano Iraunkor in the 91st minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pegaso FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Guns And Roses.
