After 4 minutes, Joel Camerino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Soflov FC and the AFC CERBEROS players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Soflov FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Joel Camerino hit a great ball. Daniel Clodio kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Ciriaco Teodor took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Abel Tabb. AFC CERBEROS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Freddy Arias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Rosio, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. When Jose Polentzi came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Soflov FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jose Polentzi couldn't finish the play. If Julian Rosio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was beautiful to see AFC CERBEROS's Julian Rosio in action when he in the 29th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Jose Polentzi hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Julian Rosio struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Freddy Arias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC CERBEROS. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erubiel Columbo during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. AFC CERBEROS's attentive Luciano Mogel managed to snatch the ball when Erubiel Columbo made a throw-in in the 41st minute of the game.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Rosio to make the kick off. Daniel Clodio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Abel Tabb made a huge save. 58 minutes into the game, Ciriaco Teodor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Soflov FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AFC CERBEROS the free kick. After a rather tough play, Soflov FC's Ciriaco Teodor got a free kick in the 59th minute. After 61 played minutes Soflov FC got a freekick which was hit by Joel Camerino. The AFC CERBEROS manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Soflov FC to win.
