RÚSTICOS F.C's Arsenio Quexal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Admon in the 20th minute of play. In the 23rd minute Abel Natanael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceferino Montrell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bonifacio Eliazar charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bonifacio Eliazar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, RÚSTICOS F.C's Bernardino Baumer got a free kick in the 28th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Romeo Lain had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arsenio Quexal. After a defensive mix-up in Pacios ClaudioFutbolKlub's zone, Abel Natanael stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ceferino Montrell came out of the goal and Abel Natanael tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arsenio Quexal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Admon in the 41st minute of play. Ceferino Montrell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Natanael, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Romeo Lain made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Pacios ClaudioFutbolKlub booed when RÚSTICOS F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramiro Demario didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romeo Lain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Romeo Lain's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arsenio Quexal was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. When Leopoldo Gurutz fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick.
