Punk Fiction's Patricio Sugoi got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 14 minutes, Enzo Arotza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Punk Fiction's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enzo Arotza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Enzo Arotza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Segundo Oinatz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Vito in the 25th minute of the match. Emanuel Eguen kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Severo Estebe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute, Enzo Arotza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luis Mannie was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. With an all-out effort, Rosario Central's Segundo Oinatz threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Leonardo Vito, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After the first half Punk Fiction were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enzo Arotza made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Rosario Central was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florencio Chayo to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Enzo Arotza in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luis Mannie prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luis Mannie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Arotza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Arnulfo Abaurre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Punk Fiction's goal looked a bit too open when Erubiel Tohias came free, but Segundo Oinatz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Segundo Oinatz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Vito in the 70th minute of the match. Patricio Sugoi's late challenge caught a Rosario Central's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Sugoi helped the player get up and apologised. After 70 played minutes Punk Fiction got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Sugoi. In the 83rd minute Erubiel Tohias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Segundo Oinatz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Rosario Central manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Punk Fiction to win.
