Atletico Saladillo FC's Gonzalo Niguel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Americo Guib in the 7th minute of play. Gonzalo Niguel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erubiel Gaitan, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. A collision led to Black StarZ getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Haroldo Pueblo hit a great ball. Rolando Mederi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Quilino in the 20th minute of the match. In the 25th match minute, Black StarZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erubiel Gaitan to maneuver through the defense. After 26 played minutes Atletico Saladillo FC got a freekick which was hit by Ambrosio Odon. After 31 minutes, Gervasio Meder mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Black StarZ and the Atletico Saladillo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st minute, Gervasio Meder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute, Narciso Toli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 33rd minute, Elpidio Quilino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 40 minutes of play, Atletico Saladillo FC's Ambrosio Odon made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rolando Mederi was left in no man's land by his defense there!
