Stone City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serafin Calixto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. El Stradivarius's Alejandro Mikolas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save El Stradivarius from getting a goal against them. The Stone City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arsenio Aballe should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Ramon Urbez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arsenio Aballe came out and tried to block the shot, but Ramon Urbez slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 97th minute. When the final whistle sounded El Stradivarius left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Stone City.
