Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Celestino Hever got the match started through his kick off. Anacleto Honrio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celestino Hever, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 12th minute Edelmiro Dolfos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but German Ourente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Javier Palben's late challenge caught a Rafaela FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Javier Palben helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Rafaela FC booed when ROJO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Palben didn't get a good kick on the ball. Denis Ebardos short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got German Ourente to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 29th minute, Celestino Hever ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anacleto Honrio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. ROJO's Anacleto Honrio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celestino Hever in the 33rd minute of play. Anacleto Honrio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Vermudo in the 36th minute of play. After having played for 38 minutes, Denis Ebardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ROJO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denis Ebardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celestino Hever in the 40th minute of play forced ROJO's goalkeeper Anacleto Honrio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edelmiro Dolfos to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute of the match, Braulio Vermudo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Anacleto Honrio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Laureano Michael managed to get in a good position for a shot. ROJO's supporters rose to their feet, but Laureano Michael was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. German Ourente breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rafaela FC's Braulio Vermudo got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celestino Hever in the 87th minute of play forced ROJO's goalkeeper Anacleto Honrio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of ROJO booed when Rafaela FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Sindo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 97 minutes, Laureano Michael managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ROJO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laureano Michael was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Rafaela FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
