A collision led to Tandil Córdoba Legnano FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Marciano Shantala hit a great ball. Clemente Astigar made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Eustaquio Jorrin sent off a good shot on target. In the 45th match minute, Tandil Córdoba Legnano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nunez Ieltxu to maneuver through the defense. Clemente Astigar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquilino Rey in the 46th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aquilino Rey was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Paul in the 53rd minute of play forced Tandil Córdoba Legnano FC's goalkeeper Clemente Astigar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Jonas Paul fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DeportivoIndependienteMDP's protests and gave Jonas Paul a yellow card for diving instead. When Gustavo Orixe came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Tandil Córdoba Legnano FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustavo Orixe couldn't finish the play. Gustavo Orixe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvano Abel having to interfere. Aquilino Rey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isaias Benvido could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Silvano Abel made a huge save. An unexpected shot in the 73rd minute by Isaias Benvido got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 74 minutes into the match, DeportivoIndependienteMDP's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Orixe came free, but Silvano Abel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aquilino Rey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clemente Astigar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustaquio Jorrin, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Silvano Abel made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Isaias Benvido sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Isaias Benvido took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Silvano Abel to make any attempt to save it. If Eustaquio Jorrin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The DeportivoIndependienteMDP manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Tandil Córdoba Legnano FC to win.
