An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Jara in the 5th minute of play forced Pegale De Puntín's goalkeeper Fernado Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Pegale De Puntín's goalkeeper Fernado Lima had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Celedonio Nalo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celedonio Nalo got free with Fernado Lima in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Xacintu in the 16th minute of play forced Belgrano de Pibasog's goalkeeper Andres Ignatius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andres Ignatius came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Pegale De Puntín's Francisco Xacintu. But to his dismay, Francisco Xacintu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 22 minutes into the match, Belgrano de Pibasog's goal looked a bit too open when Maurício Zapata came free, but Andres Ignatius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pegale De Puntín's Zacarias Abajas got a free kick in the 34th minute. Fernado Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Jara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the match, Pegale De Puntín's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Jara came free, but Fernado Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurício Zapata in the 39th minute of play forced Belgrano de Pibasog's goalkeeper Andres Ignatius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 40 played minutes Belgrano de Pibasog got a freekick which was hit by Donato Darien. In the 44th minute, Celedonio Nalo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Fernado Lima, passed just outside the right post. If Alberto Xabier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Pegale De Puntín booed when Belgrano de Pibasog was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Darien didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Celedonio Nalo made a kick off. Fernado Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Velazquez in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Jara in the 54th minute of play forced Pegale De Puntín's goalkeeper Fernado Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Belgrano de Pibasog were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after Pegale De Puntín's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gaspar Lain took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurício Zapata in the 61st minute of play forced Belgrano de Pibasog's goalkeeper Andres Ignatius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaspar Lain during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Andres Ignatius was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Maurício Zapata showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 62 minute of play. After 67 played minutes Pegale De Puntín got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Xabier. Fernado Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Velazquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Celedonio Nalo fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Belgrano de Pibasog's protests and gave Celedonio Nalo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 76th match minute, Belgrano de Pibasog was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Jara to maneuver through the defense. Andres Ignatius came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Pegale De Puntín's Maurício Zapata. But to his dismay, Maurício Zapata quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. In the 89th minute Celedonio Nalo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernado Lima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernado Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Jara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Belgrano de Pibasog fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Pegale De Puntín were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
