Everardo Salvator blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Santos Uhin having to make a save. Emanuel Joseph fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santos Uhin having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Albino Chap ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alejo Botello was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The audience was convinced that Lorenzo Guib's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alejo Botello was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. When Lorenzo Guib fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezia FC's protests and gave Lorenzo Guib a yellow card for diving instead. After 43 played minutes Venezia FC got a freekick which was hit by Giorgio Chiellini. Fabio Grosso hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Hector Goizeder, 45 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Giorgio Chiellini fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezia FC's protests and gave Giorgio Chiellini a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Venezia FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Albino Chap made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Albino Chap shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejo Botello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Albino Chap had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 56 minutes into the match, Albino Chap had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alejo Botello. Inter Miami CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albino Chap was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The supporters of Inter Miami CF booed when Venezia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albino Chap didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ernesto Diaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute, Inter Miami CF's Ernesto Diaz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Santos Uhin. Santos Uhin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. In the 69th minute, Santos Ferdinand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santos Uhin was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Hector Goizeder. 72 minutes into the game, Ernesto Diaz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Inter Miami CF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezia FC the free kick. Ernesto Diaz kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Inter Miami CF's Alejo Botello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albino Chap in the 73rd minute of play. Everardo Salvator sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute Everardo Salvator shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Uhin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Marcelo Milio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 87 minutes of play, Inter Miami CF's Emanuel Joseph made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santos Uhin was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 92 minutes, Lorenzo Guib managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lorenzo Guib was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Venezia FC booed when Inter Miami CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Milio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Venezia FC's Santos Ferdinand broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The Inter Miami CF players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Venezia FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
