Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ladislao Veremundo started the match with the kick off. Lorenzo Gentza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Veremundo in the 5th minute of the match. The supporters of Venezia FC booed when ★Independiente Ψ★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonatan Gregory didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute Bartolo Ezkerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenzo Gentza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santos Uhin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Conrado Eliazar's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. In the 35th minute, Gustavo Caton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 40 minutes into the game, Jonatan Gregory was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ★Independiente Ψ★'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezia FC the free kick. Venezia FC's Santos Ferdinand got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Ladislao Veremundo came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Venezia FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ladislao Veremundo couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nestor Cordarrel made a kick off. Lorenzo Gentza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernabe Cidro went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Venezia FC's Santos Uhin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Venezia FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Cordarrel in the 68th minute of play forced Venezia FC's goalkeeper Santos Uhin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to ★Independiente Ψ★ getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Gustavo Caton hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Conrado Eliazar got free with Santos Uhin in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 87th match minute, Venezia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natalio Ralondo to maneuver through the defense. Nestor Cordarrel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Santos Uhin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lorenzo Gentza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartolo Ezkerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lorenzo Gentza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ladislao Veremundo's shot from short distance in the 94th minute.
