Serafino Aguilera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carmelo Panpili having to make a save. Carmelo Panpili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zacarias Jakobe in the 5th minute of play. Sirius Dog's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vladimiro Aguirre in the 6th minute. Vladimiro Aguirre made a great header on Sirius Dog's corner, it was just that Berreta's Carmelo Panpili managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 8th minute, Feliciano Darien ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carmelo Panpili was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 15th minute, Zacarias Jakobe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 18th match minute, Sirius Dog was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliciano Darien to maneuver through the defense. Zacarias Jakobe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Panpili having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Serafino Aguilera made a precise shot to the right of Carmelo Panpili. Berreta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. When Gavino Danel fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Berreta's protests and gave Gavino Danel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th minute, Gavino Danel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute, Serafino Aguilera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carmelo Panpili was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Zacarias Jakobe's late challenge caught a Berreta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zacarias Jakobe helped the player get up and apologised. In the 38th match minute, Sirius Dog was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliciano Darien to maneuver through the defense. Carmelo Panpili made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Jorrin in the 41st minute of play. Serafino Aguilera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Carmelo Panpili tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jose Chucho to strike the kick off in the second half. Serafino Aguilera received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Carmelo Panpili came out and tried to block the shot, but Serafino Aguilera slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 52nd minute. 55 minutes into the game, Nicanor Ramos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sirius Dog's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Berreta the free kick. The supporters of Berreta booed when Sirius Dog was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicanor Ramos didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Berreta's Carmelo Panpili got control of the ball when Feliciano Darien tried to sneak it across the goal line. With an all-out effort, Sirius Dog's Carmelo Panpili threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zacarias Jakobe, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 62 minutes, Ernesto Jorrin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sirius Dog and the Berreta players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 62 played minutes Sirius Dog got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Jorrin. Prudencio Cortez kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After having played for 66 minutes, Feliciano Darien managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sirius Dog's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliciano Darien was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Berreta defense, Feliciano Darien kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carmelo Panpili. The Berreta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carmelo Panpili should have stopped the shot. 76 minutes into the game, Sirius Dog's Ernesto Jorrin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carmelo Panpili made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. The supporters of Berreta booed when Sirius Dog was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimiro Aguirre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Feliciano Dariens short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Carmelo Panpili to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Carmelo Panpili showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zacarias Jakobe in the 90th minute of the match. After having played for 95 minutes, Feliciano Darien managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sirius Dog's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliciano Darien was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sirius Dog's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
