Evaristo Ibar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victorino Cisco went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Evaristo Ibar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Cisco, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Club Deportivo Álvarez's Evaristo Ibar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Itzaina in the 76th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Flavio Pio got free with Lázaro Chus in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gabriel Huly received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Lázaro Chus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Noqueces FC's Venancio Lain got his second yellow card of the match in the 86th minute. The referee ordered Venancio Lain off the ground. Baltasar Ladio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lázaro Chus.
