A beautiful save bye Garchofila FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Mario Laurin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teofilo Furtado hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute, Teofilo Furtado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Garchofila FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. If Gustavo Cordaryal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th match minute, Garchofila FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saverio Jakobe to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute, Apolo Abeitia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. German Guifre was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. When Desiderio Belarmo fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zuberbühler FC's protests and gave Desiderio Belarmo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 44th match minute, Garchofila FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogelio Oliverios to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teofilo Furtado was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes Zuberbühler FC got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Furtado. In the 54th match minute, Zuberbühler FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Laurin to maneuver through the defense. Garchofila FC's German Guifre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Garchofila FC from getting a goal against them. After 57 minutes, Lázaro Derwin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Garchofila FC and the Zuberbühler FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lázaro Derwin kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Saverio Jakobe charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Saverio Jakobe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 59th minute, Saverio Jakobe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Zuberbühler FC's Joel Christobal got a free kick in the 78th minute. German Guifre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Abeitia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute, Emilio Vargas made a precise shot to the right of Siro Dantel. Zuberbühler FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Gustavo Cordaryal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without German Guifre having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Saverio Jakobe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute, Rolando Furtado sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Garchofila FC's German Guifre didn't even have to move. If Alejo Abajas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Hartz in the 96th minute of play forced Zuberbühler FC's goalkeeper Siro Dantel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emilio Vargas in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Siro Dantel saved Zuberbühler FC from getting behind. For all the effort they put into the match, the Zuberbühler FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Garchofila FC.
