Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicanor Chale in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfredo Pancho saved San Lorenzo from getting behind. Nicanor Chale received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alfredo Pancho came out and tried to block the shot, but Nicanor Chale slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. If Victorino Nafarroa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Delmiro Poz came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by San Lorenzo's Arturo Lehior. But to his dismay, Arturo Lehior quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Godofredo Bizi's late challenge caught a San Lorenzo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Godofredo Bizi helped the player get up and apologised. Godofredo Bizi hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Delmiro Poz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Lehior, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Rodrigo Jakes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the game, Elpidio Manni was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Orozcos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave San Lorenzo the free kick. In the 39th match minute, Orozcos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elpidio Manni to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the match, Orozcos's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Lehior came free, but Delmiro Poz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Orozcos players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. San Lorenzo were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicanor Chale to make the kick off. Victorino Nafarroa kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Arturo Lehior blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Delmiro Poz having to make a save. In the 58th minute, Godofredo Bizi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Victorino Nafarroa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Delmiro Poz. That made the score 1-3 in the 61 minute of play. Victorino Nafarroa might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Delmiro Poz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victorino Nafarroa ran back to his position shaking his head. If Rodrigo Jakes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute, Rodrigo Jakes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silverio Orlandus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfredo Pancho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicanor Chale in the 82nd minute of the match. If Rodrigo Jakes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Arturo Lehior had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Orozcos booed when San Lorenzo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorino Nafarroa didn't get a good kick on the ball. The San Lorenzo players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
