In the 3rdth minute of the game Herman Scalarandi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Consejo del Mate's Bernardo Inautzi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Santiago Scalarandi's late challenge caught a Consejo del Mate's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Santiago Scalarandi helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Consejo del Mate booed when Mapovihesa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santiago Scalarandi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amancio Reynardo hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Artemio Vigil in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Genaro Osoro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Consejo del Mate getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Gilberto Unai hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute of the match Mapovihesa FC got a corner. Consejo del Mate's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marcelino Ubarna ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Ariel Roderigo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Consejo del Mate's Bernardo Inautzi did a great save. The crowd rose to their feet as Herman Scalarandi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bernardo Inautzi. That made the score 1-0 in the 25 minute of play. Emiliano Abreu hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Herman Scalarandi in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernardo Inautzi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 31 minutes, Herman Scalarandi made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Consejo del Mate's Bernardo Inautzi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Nestor Scalarandi sped through Consejo del Mate's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bernardo Inautzi. Martin Batista charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martin Batista the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 38th minute of the game. One of Consejo del Mate:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mapovihesa FC:s goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

In the 50th minute Nestor Scalarandi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Inautzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes into the match, Consejo del Mate's goal looked a bit too open when Herman Scalarandi came free, but Bernardo Inautzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Consejo del Mate booed when Mapovihesa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santiago Scalarandi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Emiliano Abreu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Consejo del Mate getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Gilberto Unai hit a great ball. Nestor Scalarandi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 75th minute of the game. One of Mapovihesa FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Consejo del Mate:s goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hilario Olo during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hilario Olo hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Gonzalo Perico in the 88th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Mapovihesa FC's Santiago Scalarandi. Herman Scalarandi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Inautzi having to interfere. Santiago Scalarandi kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Consejo del Mate players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Mapovihesa FC.
