Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jorge Cristofol made the kick off which started today's match. After 5 played minutes Abuba Akotonon FC got a freekick which was hit by Blas-Armando Giunta. 6 minutes into the match, Jorge Cristofol notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Abuba Akotonon FC's Benicio Txeru. Benicio Txeru was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Benicio Txeru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Urtungo in the 11th minute of the match. Abuba Akotonon FC's Fulgencio Shepherd got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benicio Txeru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Cristofol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute of the match PLUMIN got a corner. Abuba Akotonon FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jorge Cristofol ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Jorge Cristofol got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Benicio Txeru quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Celedonio Urritz's late challenge caught a Abuba Akotonon FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celedonio Urritz helped the player get up and apologised. Celedonio Urritz hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. With a little luck, PLUMIN's Leonides Matteo got control of the ball when Guido Pinto tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 24th minute, Jorge Cristofol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Abuba Akotonon FC's Leonides Matteo threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fulgencio Shepherd, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. PLUMIN's Leonides Matteo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save PLUMIN from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Abuba Akotonon FC's zone, Jorge Cristofol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benicio Txeru came out of the goal and Jorge Cristofol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leonides Matteo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Shepherd in the 36th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Abuba Akotonon FC's Jaime Giro got a free kick in the 41st minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Pinto in the 54th minute of play forced PLUMIN's goalkeeper Leonides Matteo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonides Matteo came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Abuba Akotonon FC's Haroldo Suarez. But to his dismay, Haroldo Suarez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Leonides Matteo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Shepherd in the 62nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Blas-Armando Giunta during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Abuba Akotonon FC's Blas-Armando Giunta got a free kick in the 64th minute. Benicio Txeru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximino Casado in the 65th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Abuba Akotonon FC's zone, Flavio Emeterio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benicio Txeru came out of the goal and Flavio Emeterio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 79th minute Fulgencio Shepherd shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Matteo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Froilan Urtungo could shoot a difficult shot in the 80th minute, which Benicio Txeru however easily saved by the left post. Haroldo Suarez struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Leonides Matteo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Abuba Akotonon FC. Abuba Akotonon FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of PLUMIN for a fine match.
