Without hesitation aimed to the right of Benicio Txeru, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 47th minute, Fausto Abarca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Big Babousa made a substitution. Luciano Iyan replaced Emanuel Mero. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After 67 played minutes Abuba Akotonon FC got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Suarez. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustavo Haritz in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benicio Txeru saved Abuba Akotonon FC from getting behind. In the 72nd minute, Luciano Iyan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes into the match, Abuba Akotonon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sergio Bertran came free, but Benicio Txeru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benicio Txeru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Bertran in the 79th minute of the match. Bernabe Bazil hit a great ball. Monico Montoya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Shepherd in the 88th minute of the match. When Luciano Iyan came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Big Babousa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luciano Iyan couldn't finish the play. Abuba Akotonon FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Big Babousa's much stronger midfield.
