An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Santo in the 8th minute of play forced Don Malbec's goalkeeper Basilio Sauveur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Bishen Vata came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Mercado Paulista F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bishen Vata couldn't finish the play. After 13 played minutes Mercado Paulista F.C got a freekick which was hit by Inocencio Matai. In the 14th minute, Humberto Laurendi sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Mercado Paulista F.C's Isaias Quirze didn't even have to move. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergio Burni in the 17th minute of play forced Don Malbec's goalkeeper Basilio Sauveur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isaias Quirze showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Tohias in the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, Lisandër Martinez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Don Malbec's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mercado Paulista F.C the free kick. After a rather tough play, Don Malbec's Lisandër Martinez got a free kick in the 28th minute. Albino Asteri was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 29th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Mercado Paulista F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Roldan came free, but Isaias Quirze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Don Malbec's Basilio Sauveur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Don Malbec from getting a goal against them. In the 44th minute, Jonatan Tohias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Don Malbec fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Cecilio Ellande made the kick off in the second half. In the 62nd minute Sergio Burni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Sauveur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mercado Paulista F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Ruben Roldan scored to the left of an out of position Isaias Quirze, making the score, 0-3. After 73 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Don Malbec! In the 74th minute there was a penalty for Mercado Paulista F.C. Albino Asteri stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Basilio Sauveur. 1-3. Isaias Quirze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Roldan in the 77th minute of play. After 82 played minutes Mercado Paulista F.C got a freekick which was hit by Natalio Ralondo. Isaias Quirze showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben Roldan in the 83rd minute of the match. 83 minutes into the game, Inocencio Matai was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mercado Paulista F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Don Malbec the free kick. The supporters of Don Malbec booed when Mercado Paulista F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inocencio Matai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cecilio Ellande took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isaias Quirze. Isaias Quirze dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Don Malbec's Cecilio Ellande got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Cecilio Ellande got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 98 minutes into the match, Mercado Paulista F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Jonatan Tohias came free, but Isaias Quirze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Don Malbec players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
