The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Manantiales Fc's Conrado Martxot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arsenio Cristos in the 4th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Manantiales Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Zeledon Quin came free, but Conrado Martxot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute, one of Manantiales Fc:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Manantiales Fc. Teodosio Herauso kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Aristides Bras didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aurelio Pero went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Aristides Bras came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Manantiales Fc's Nunez Segio. But to his dismay, Nunez Segio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Conrado Martxot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Quin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zeledon Quin kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aurelio Pero to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nunez Segio during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arsenio Cristos in the 53rd minute of play forced Manantiales Fc's goalkeeper Conrado Martxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Manantiales Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Gaufred came free, but Conrado Martxot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Zeledon Quin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the match, Manantiales Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Cristos came free, but Conrado Martxot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Caballeritos del Baile's Segundo Orzaize got a free kick in the 64th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Arsenio Cristos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Conrado Martxot. Manantiales Fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arsenio Cristos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Conrado Martxot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Quin, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute, Zeledon Quin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the match, Manantiales Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Zeledon Quin came free, but Conrado Martxot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute, Cecilio Egoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 78 played minutes, Caballeritos del Baile's Ceferino Truylos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Conrado Martxot came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Caballeritos del Baile reached it. A collision led to Caballeritos del Baile getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Segundo Orzaize hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Urbano Goren during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 90 played minutes Manantiales Fc got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Laffitte. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Caballeritos del Baile fully deserved thier win.
