Leo Tolino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erasmo Cibran, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fermin Domingues in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leo Tolino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Absolut Rasta FC's Baldomiro Orti got a free kick in the 20th minute. After 20 minutes, Clemente Soter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Independiente and the Absolut Rasta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st match minute, Independiente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clemente Soter to maneuver through the defense. Independiente's Amadeo Rio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Independiente from getting a goal against them. Absolut Rasta FC's Leo Tolino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fermin Domingues in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Independiente's Fermin Domingues nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leo Tolino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 47 minutes into the match, Absolut Rasta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fermin Domingues came free, but Leo Tolino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Absolut Rasta FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Baldomiro Orti hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fermin Domingues to make the kick off. Ovidio Manuelo scored 3-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amadeo Rio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Amadeo Rio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Luzea, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvador Luzea in the 96th minute of play forced Independiente's goalkeeper Amadeo Rio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
