Severino Peli scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benigno Manilan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 8 minutes, Romeo Berdaitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sarmiento de Resistencia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romeo Berdaitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romeo Berdaitz charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romeo Berdaitz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Los Hijos de Doña Beija booed when Sarmiento de Resistencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Berdaitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14thth minute of the game Bruno Brion who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Joaquin Chumo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Sarmiento de Resistencia's Romeo Berdaitz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Chumo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sarmiento de Resistencia were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Los Hijos de Doña Beija's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rodolfo Mambru took the corner. After taking down the ball on Sarmiento de Resistencia's corner Rodolfo Mambru fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Joaquin Chumo quite easily take care of the ball. Romeo Berdaitz did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Joaquin Chumo 19 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute Flavio Urbasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benigno Manilan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benigno Manilan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Gaitan in the 25th minute of play. Benigno Manilan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Gaitan in the 27th minute of the match. Sarmiento de Resistencia's Benigno Manilan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Gaitan in the 30th minute of play. In the 39th minute Severino Peli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benigno Manilan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 40 played minutes Sarmiento de Resistencia got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Sarmiento. In the 41st minute of the match Ernesto Petri sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benigno Manilan skillfully saved the ball.

When Sarmiento de Resistencia's Bruno Brion in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Hijos de Doña Beija's goalie prevented a goal. Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Joaquin Chumo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Brion in the 58th minute of play. A throw-in in the 60th minute of the game was made by Jonatan Su with Mateo Gaitan as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 61st minute, Rodolfo Mambru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romeo Berdaitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romeo Berdaitz kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Jaime Sarmiento charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jaime Sarmiento the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jonatan Su, 73 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 82 played minutes Mateo Gaitan rounded Sarmiento de Resistencia's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. After a rather tough play, Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Fulgencio Chan got a free kick in the 88th minute. Romeo Berdaitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benigno Manilan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fulgencio Chan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 91 minute of play. Joaquin Chumo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Berdaitz in the 96th minute of the match.
