Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Flavio Peyo started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Siro Elazar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Omar Bartuelo. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Siro Elazar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 8th minute Siro Elazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Bartuelo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Apolo Salvidor's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Benigno Manilan firmly grabbed it by the left post. 14 minutes into the game, Sarmiento de Resistencia's Siro Elazar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Omar Bartuelo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 18th minute Apolo Salvidor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benigno Manilan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flavio Peyo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 26 minutes into the game, Jonatan Ferran recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benigno Manilan. Jonatan Ferran showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Omar Bartuelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siro Elazar, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Omar Bartuelo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Siro Elazar in the 30th minute of the match. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Omar Bartuelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siro Elazar in the 33rd minute of play. Benigno Manilan made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Apolo Salvidor sent off a good shot on target. The Defensores de Mar de Ajó players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sarmiento de Resistencia were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Siro Elazar to strike the kick off in the second half. With his leg Omar Bartuelo managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Sarmiento de Resistencia's Siro Elazar fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Benigno Manilan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Peyo, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After 56 played minutes Defensores de Mar de Ajó got a freekick which was hit by Diego Lidon. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Peyo in the 66th minute of play forced Sarmiento de Resistencia's goalkeeper Benigno Manilan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Apolo Salvidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Manilan having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Peyo in the 70th minute of play forced Sarmiento de Resistencia's goalkeeper Benigno Manilan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd match minute, Defensores de Mar de Ajó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Damario to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute, Apolo Salvidor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benigno Manilan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Peyo in the 82nd minute of play. If Siro Elazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jonatan Ferran came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Defensores de Mar de Ajó fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonatan Ferran couldn't finish the play. Sarmiento de Resistencia were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Defensores de Mar de Ajó's much stronger midfield.
