Racing Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lucas Etxepare in the 7th minute. After 13 minutes Ψ virgen Ψ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lucas Etxepare who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Racing Club's corner Lucas Etxepare fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julian Unai quite easily take care of the ball. Lucas Etxepare sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enrique Gudesteo during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Racing Club's Enrique Gudesteo got a free kick in the 21st minute. Lino Salvator showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Galoer, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Enrique Gudesteo to make the kick off. Benedicto Maule received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Lino Salvator tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Pedro Cheche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Racing Club's zone, Mariano Galoer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lino Salvator came out of the goal and Mariano Galoer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ruben Inko kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Enrique Gudesteo might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julian Unai. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enrique Gudesteo ran back to his position shaking his head. Reynaldo Rami hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Racing Club made a substitution. Victorio Abascal replaced Enrique Gudesteo. The supporters of Ψ virgen Ψ booed when Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reynaldo Rami didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arturo Calixto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Modesto Baraquiel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ψ virgen Ψ's supporters rose to their feet, but Modesto Baraquiel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lino Salvator breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Racing Club's Reynaldo Rami got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Prospero Urtsin hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. 93 minutes into the match, Victorio Abascal notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Ψ virgen Ψ's Julian Unai. Julian Unai was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
