Valentin Eguntsenti was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Benjamin Lartaun hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Anselmo Merexildo hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Valentin Eguntsenti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilo Maiorga in the 13th minute of the match. Herminio Richie, 20 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Severo Vachon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Eguntsenti having to interfere. After 22 minutes, Anselmo Merexildo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yala and the GERLIROJO Ψ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Yala's Anselmo Merexildo got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 24th minute, Abelardo Bartoli made a precise shot to the right of Valentin Eguntsenti. Yala's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Herminio Richie got free with Gustavo Abadie in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th minute, Dante Mancio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Yala booed when GERLIROJO Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiburcio Oskitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute, Ulises Tello ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gustavo Abadie was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 40 minutes into the game, Abelardo Bartoli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GERLIROJO Ψ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yala the free kick. A collision led to GERLIROJO Ψ getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Abelardo Bartoli hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Yala's Gustavo Abadie threw himself towards the right post 41 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dante Mancio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 42 played minutes Yala got a freekick which was hit by Dante Mancio. When Ulises Tello fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yala's protests and gave Ulises Tello a yellow card for diving instead. Ulises Tello hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The Yala players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. GERLIROJO Ψ were winning 1-2.

Benito Gonsalve fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Eguntsenti having to interfere. Abelardo Bartoli kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 71st minute of the match Filiberto Formerio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gustavo Abadie showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Valentin Eguntsenti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severo Vachon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filiberto Formerio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gustavo Abadie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Mancio in the 86th minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Dante Mancio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yala's Valentin Eguntsenti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Yala from getting a goal against them.
