After 24 minutes Club Atlético Magallanes's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antonio Ixaka who took care of the corner kick. ㄩ几ᗪ乇尺Ꮆ尺ㄖㄩ几ᗪ's Antonio Ixaka was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alonzo Romano in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 31stth minute of the game Erubiel Mancio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atlético Magallanes's Alonzo Romano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Club Atlético Magallanes getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Andres Emmanuel hit a great ball. Erubiel Mancio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Octavio Laffitte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th match minute, ㄩ几ᗪ乇尺Ꮆ尺ㄖㄩ几ᗪ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horacio Abadia to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Octavio Laffitte was the one to do the kick off. Erubiel Mancio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Horacio Abadia kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Magallanes's goalkeeper Alonzo Romano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erubiel Mancio. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Magallanes's zone, Antonio Ixaka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alonzo Romano came out of the goal and Antonio Ixaka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 67 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Magallanes's goal looked a bit too open when Octavio Laffitte came free, but Alonzo Romano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th match minute, ㄩ几ᗪ乇尺Ꮆ尺ㄖㄩ几ᗪ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Quinton to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute of the match Lucas Erroman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maximino Frederico skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of ㄩ几ᗪ乇尺Ꮆ尺ㄖㄩ几ᗪ booed when Club Atlético Magallanes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Cordeal didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as ㄩ几ᗪ乇尺Ꮆ尺ㄖㄩ几ᗪ's Mauro Quinton slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alonzo Romano. That made the score 0-4 after 73 minutes of play. Alonzo Romano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erubiel Mancio in the 77th minute. Alonzo Romano came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by ㄩ几ᗪ乇尺Ꮆ尺ㄖㄩ几ᗪ's Octavio Laffitte. But to his dismay, Octavio Laffitte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. With his leg Alonzo Romano managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when ㄩ几ᗪ乇尺Ꮆ尺ㄖㄩ几ᗪ's Octavio Laffitte fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 84 minutes into the game, Octavio Laffitte cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Alonzo Romano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 0-7 became the score in the 91st minute when Octavio Laffitte elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The Club Atlético Magallanes fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ㄩ几ᗪ乇尺Ꮆ尺ㄖㄩ几ᗪ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
