The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tabossi's Omar Paul proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Tabossi from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Kalessin booed when Tabossi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horacio Cefero didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tabossi's zone, Eusebio Moise stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Omar Paul came out of the goal and Eusebio Moise tried to chip the ball over his head. Kalessin's Hector Cordeiro was substituted for Hilario Dalmai. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicasio Firme to make the kick off. Dionisio Basualdo hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Eusebio Moise took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Omar Paul. Omar Paul dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 65 minutes into the match, Eusebio Moise had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Omar Paul. Tabossi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eusebio Moise was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After 70 minutes of play, Kalessin's Eusebio Moise made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Omar Paul was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 73 played minutes Tabossi got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Gonza. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Kalessin had played much better football throughout.
