Filomeno Perrando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio-Di-Domenico Echeverri in the 9th minute of play. In the 13th minute Claudio-Di-Domenico Echeverri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Perrando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venancio Perrando in the 15th minute of play forced Q. T. I.'s goalkeeper Filomeno Perrando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Real Còrdoba FC's Hernan Kusko got a free kick in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the game, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Còrdoba FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Q. T. I. the free kick. After 26 played minutes Real Còrdoba FC got a freekick which was hit by Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. 36 minutes into the match, Q. T. I.'s goal looked a bit too open when Claudio-Di-Domenico Echeverri came free, but Filomeno Perrando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ildefonso Fortun hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Perrando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaudencio Chaime during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 41 played minutes Q. T. I. got a freekick which was hit by Gaudencio Chaime.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claudio-Di-Domenico Echeverri was the one to do the kick off. With an all-out effort, Real Còrdoba FC's Filomeno Perrando threw himself towards the right post 51 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aristides Perpinya, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After having played for 59 minutes, Aristides Perpinya managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Còrdoba FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aristides Perpinya was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Q. T. I.'s Filomeno Perrando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio-Di-Domenico Echeverri in the 61st minute of play. Aristides Perpinya might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filomeno Perrando. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aristides Perpinya ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 65th minute, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jaime Abar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Jago having to interfere. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Q. T. I.'s goalkeeper Filomeno Perrando, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Igor Jago stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jaime Abar's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Filomeno Perrando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio-Di-Domenico Echeverri in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th minute Jacinto Cidro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Jago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Q. T. I.'s goalkeeper Filomeno Perrando had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. Igor Jago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Abar, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Igor Jago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Cidro in the 96th minute of the match. The Q. T. I. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Real Còrdoba FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
