Freestyle futbol club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Desiderio Emenon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Rodolfo Gilabert charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodolfo Gilabert the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nahitantino's Jairo Honrio was substituted for Teodosio Montel. After 20 played minutes Freestyle futbol club got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Gilabert. When Federico Cristofol came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Nahitantino fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Federico Cristofol couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Emenon in the 22nd minute of play forced Freestyle futbol club's goalkeeper Teodoro Harriet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodoro Harriet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Desiderio Emenon, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Freestyle futbol club's Rodolfo Gilabert got his second yellow card of the match in the 36th minute. The referee ordered Rodolfo Gilabert off the ground. After 37 played minutes Freestyle futbol club got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Gilabert. In the 38th minute of the match Federico Cristofol sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teodoro Harriet skillfully saved the ball. After 41 minutes, Angel Tulio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Freestyle futbol club and the Nahitantino players grew even worse after the yellow card. Angel Tulio kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Desiderio Emenon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th minute Desiderio Emenon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Harriet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Angel Tulio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Angel Tulio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Freestyle futbol club's supporters rose to their feet, but Angel Tulio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeremias Turi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 56 minutes, Desiderio Emenon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nahitantino and the Freestyle futbol club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Freestyle futbol club's Braulio Cordarryl was substituted for Cesar Brais. After a rather tough play, Nahitantino's Clemente Stanislao got a free kick in the 58th minute. Teodoro Harriet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Desiderio Emenon, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. A collision led to Nahitantino getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Igor Gutierrez hit a great ball. After 64 played minutes, Freestyle futbol club's Ladislao Mergildo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jeremias Turi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Freestyle futbol club reached it. Victorio Orixe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Turi having to interfere. 75 minutes into the game, one of Nahitantino:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 76th minute there was a penalty for Freestyle futbol club. Ladislao Mergildo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jeremias Turi. 1-1. Braulio Cordarryl hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute Desiderio Emenon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Harriet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jairo Honrio was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 96 minutes had been played. In the 97th minute, Jairo Honrio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
