Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jaime Abar started the match with the kick off. Filomeno Perrando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardino Chuse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardino Chuse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16 minutes into the match, Palermo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Cruz came free, but Jairo Alonso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute Celestino Evangelista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Perrando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardino Chuse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Perrando having to interfere. 23 minutes into the game, Andres Leoncio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Palermo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Q. T. I. the free kick. In the 23rd minute, Andres Leoncio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaston Stanislao struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Jairo Alonso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Q. T. I.. Palermo AFC's Clodoveo Rodriguez got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 34th minute, Palermo AFC's Anacleto Damario seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Anacleto Damario the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Palermo AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Anacleto Damario had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 35th minute, Anacleto Damario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaime Abar might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jairo Alonso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jaime Abar ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 39 minutes, Clodoveo Rodriguez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palermo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clodoveo Rodriguez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Clodoveo Rodriguez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palermo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Clodoveo Rodriguez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filomeno Perrando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 42 minutes into the game, Gaston Stanislao was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Q. T. Filomeno Perrando came out of the goal and Clodoveo Rodriguez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Clodoveo Rodriguez was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teodosio Stanislao in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filomeno Perrando prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Clodoveo Rodriguez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Perrando having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, Palermo AFC's Bernardino Chuse sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Filomeno Perrando narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Palermo AFC's Teodosio Stanislao got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 76th minute, Bernardino Chuse made a precise shot to the right of Filomeno Perrando. Q. T. I.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Clodoveo Rodriguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Filomeno Perrando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Clodoveo Rodriguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clodoveo Rodriguez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Perrando having to interfere. After having played for 92 minutes, Hugo Pitin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palermo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Pitin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 95th minute, Clodoveo Rodriguez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There was no doubt that Palermo AFC were the better team. Palermo AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
