A collision led to Club Atlethico Talleres getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Anibal Nalo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. In the 18th minute, Tomás Charro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st match minute, Club Atlethico Talleres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Ipar to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute Miguel Tano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Rik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute, Tomás Cuartio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barrialito AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Anibal Nalo made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Severino Gartxot sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Miguel Tano made a kick off. Julian Torres scored 4-1 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anibal Nalo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 55 played minutes Barrialito AFC got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Vela. Urbano Claude hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Cuartio in the 61st minute of play forced Club Atlethico Talleres's goalkeeper Anibal Nalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute, Julian Torres ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anibal Nalo was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maximo Aresti during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Anibal Nalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Cuartio in the 74th minute of play. Claudio Ipar hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After 75 minutes of play, Barrialito AFC's Severino Gartxot made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anibal Nalo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Anibal Nalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Torres in the 84th minute of play. The supporters of Barrialito AFC booed when Club Atlethico Talleres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Iztal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 86 played minutes, Barrialito AFC's Urbano Claude shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anibal Nalo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Barrialito AFC reached it. 87 minutes into the match, Club Atlethico Talleres's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Cuartio came free, but Anibal Nalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anibal Nalo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Vela, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute.
