After 6 played minutes STARK F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Banegas. 10 minutes into the match, Boquenses's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Birjaio came free, but Fausto Venceslas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Boquenses's Justino Nuxila got a free kick in the 11th minute. After 12 played minutes, STARK F.C.'s Guillermo Guerau shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fausto Venceslas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in STARK F.C. reached it. Aristides Dolfo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amado Crescencio in the 15th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Anselmo Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th match minute, STARK F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicanor Banegas to maneuver through the defense. 27 minutes into the game, STARK F.C.'s Jacobo Etor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fausto Venceslas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Fausto Venceslas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeronimo Asur in the 29th minute of play. In the 36th minute Jeronimo Asur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Venceslas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 37 minutes, Vladimiro Theodore mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boquenses and the STARK F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Boquenses's Vladimiro Theodore got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute of the match Guillermo Guerau sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fausto Venceslas skillfully saved the ball. In the 45th minute Carlos Birjaio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Venceslas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Boquenses's zone, Jeronimo Asur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Venceslas came out of the goal and Jeronimo Asur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlos Birjaio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. STARK F.C.'s Aristides Dolfo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalmacio Rameriz in the 54th minute of play. When Jacobo Etor came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the STARK F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacobo Etor couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Boquenses getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Mauro Suero hit a great ball. Boquenses's Fausto Venceslas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Boquenses from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacobo Etor in the 62nd minute of play forced Boquenses's goalkeeper Fausto Venceslas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anselmo Erroman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fausto Venceslas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobo Etor in the 67th minute of play. After 68 played minutes STARK F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Leon Urdin. After a rather tough play, STARK F.C.'s Leon Urdin got a free kick in the 69th minute. STARK F.C.'s Aristides Dolfo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Erroman in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, STARK F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Amado Crescencio came free, but Aristides Dolfo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes into the game, Amado Crescencio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boquenses's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave STARK F.C. the free kick. A collision led to Boquenses getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Amado Crescencio hit a great ball. Fausto Venceslas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ceferino Evis in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Ceferino Evis notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Boquenses's Fausto Venceslas. Fausto Venceslas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 91st minute, Jonas Maties hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Leon Urdin in the 92nd minute really tested Fausto Venceslas's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Jacobo Etor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Fausto Venceslas made a huge save. The STARK F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing STARK F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
